This plan may be cited as the Water Resource (Mary Basin)
Amendment Plan (No. 1) 2007.
2 Plan amended
This plan amends the Water Resource (Mary Basin)
Plan 2006.
3 Amendment of s 37 (Applying for, or to amend, interim
resource operations licence)
Section 37(5), definition water supply schemes—
insert—
‘(d) the Teddington Weir Water Supply Scheme.’.
4 Amendment of s 49 (Water allocations to be managed
under resource operations licences)
Section 49—
insert—
‘(d) Teddington Weir Water Supply Scheme.’.
5 Amendment of s 51 (Water entitlements to replace local
government authorities)
(1) Section 51(1), ‘section 1037’—
omit, insert—
‘section 1037 or 1037A’.
(2) Section 51(1)(a), ‘Addington’—
omit, insert—
‘Addlington’.
(3) Section 51(1)(d) to (f)—
omit, insert—
