A final version of the Supplementary EIS has been put up on QWI website with Addendums A-C this week. It can be downloaded from this link:

We have been told that there is more information being prepared for the Coordinator General. However QWIP's response when asked is there more was that it is complete. So, need to start reading and looking for the gaps in the supplementary EIS where it still hasn't met the Terms of Reference and where it has not answered your concerns ASAP.
It would be good to share the shortcomings on the Forum.  |

Final version my hairy $^%& 
It's late, so I've only bothered to look at one of the files. From the previous version it was a chapter I was interested in.
God I hope they're not all like this. Please sack the document controllers at QWIPL and SKM. No, cancel that. Keep them on so they won't come and work at my office.

It's funny because the very same page has the word DRAFT printed across it in very large text, as does every other page in the document.

Check out the dates. Ignore the fact that it was only issued to the public (i.e. the people who paid for it) in May 2009.
Is it the "created date" of the electronic PDF file - 30-6-08?
Or the "modified date" of the electronic PDF file - 21-4-09?
Or the "Final" date on the cover page - 19-6-08?
Or the "Document history and status dates" - all in Jan 08?
Or the date in the footer - 18-6-08?
Is it the final version or a draft?
Does anyone in QWIPL or SKM even pretend to know?
OMG they're still mentally QWIPLED.
Someone remind me how many millions of dollars these clowns have been paid so far to produce this shite.

Sorry Glenda,
you were looking for something more constructive, weren't you? I just automatically look at the DC info first-up these days to see the document status and approval and publication details and so forth, and it was such a shambles I didn't even bother looking any further.
