Problems logging in

I have occasionally had problems logging in by using the "Log in" prompt. This may be due to a glich in the older version of the program. However, I found a couple of ways around this problem!
The first way is to simply click on "Log in" again. This usually works, but has the disadvantage of not letting me "View posts since last visit" (because that occurred just a few seconds previously!).
I like to use this feature, so I found a second solution. To log in, I now select the "Log in to check your private messages" prompt. Once in, I can then go to the main index page by selecting "TravestonSwamp.info Forum Index" (on the left side, just under the "Wheezer the lungfish" pic), which takes you to the main entry page.
