They are going to get elected federally and beat Bligh , by offering to build more dams ? Has the publican at St George been spiking his drinks ? or has he been chasin min min lights ?

Here's an idea , lets build a dam at traveston which could hold all of the burnett river flows , it would only need to be 200m high , but we leave the tap open until the burnett floods , to save Bundy , we can pump it all down hill maybe senda bit to Ted at Hervey Bay , and store it all at Traveston , thats what LNP mates are for , helping each other out in times of political crisis, then if Barnys in the mood , we can have a senate inquiry into building a pipeline to the snowy mountains to top up the murray darling ( with a northern rivers NPI as a bonus ) .

In the dry times , we could store all the toxic water from qld coal mines too!, and if it leaks a bit we could shove clive palmer and Barny up the crack .

The people of the Mary should be very concerned if the LNP happens to win , dont assume Barny and his mates will not backflip on the sites possibilities .

Dams are only a pain in the arse if its in your backyard and you dont get compensation.
