smaller projects such as the Borumba Dam raising on its own and Amamoor Creek Dam are not realistic
options that meet future needs. These dams in isolation have very low yields and a high probability of

failure. The end result of not properly addressing the water shortages now will be that additional very
expensive water infrastructure will need to be provided during a future drought.
