Darren I can remember them taking pictures at a rally down in Brisbane a few years back, they were pretty open and obvious about it. Most did just smile and blow kisses, though I do admit a couple of the shadier characters ducked for cover.  |

Yes he did, but he actually told Beattie now that the media had gone he didn't have to put on a show anymore-so to speak. I left at 5pm. It wasn't over and he had had enough by then but he wasn't getting away too fast..poor fellow-NOT!
SOME really good speakers today, once again, but beattie didn't really want to have to listen -he was only there for the show of supposed consultation etc.-we see through it all.
HE DID agree on the offer of checking out the area around Borumba for alternatives. But maybe the greens would cause problems there-isn't it National Park and Forestry...don't want to wreck the environment do we.
My heart aches for all of you out there in pain because of this.
it makes one feel so helpless.

My God! This is appalling. We have to make sure this gets in the media. Thought all that stopped years ago when Joh went. I have said it before & I'll say it again, Beattie out-Johs Joh more and more every day!

| Troy I should have added criminal record and drivers liscence to the above statement. I may be a little paranoid but it was definately very odd. I accept closed circuit video surveillence as a sign of the times, but this technique apparently occurs overseas and protesters have been banned and stopped from attending future rallies and meetings. |

| Westholme, he would have taken a pretty black and red aura if he got me. The camera was not ordinary in that after he appeared to take a picture he would hide so I guessed it was probably liked to a network, and he was checking out the info. Probably me watching too many conspiracy movies, but I pointed it out to a couple of people sitting around me, who kept an eye on him as well |
