"A couple of months ago somebody in the media told my girls and I that the National party had said to him that they know they can't beat me at the polls, so they're going to destroy me emotionally - and they've won," Ms Roberts told ABC Radio.

| 'going to destroy me emotionally' that's a fairly serious accusation, and if it happened, then it's a fairly serious threat for someone to make against her. |

 I thought the 'lake popsicle' sign (talked about in another topic) was due to shallow water freezing over on cold winter mornings. This is a sign that it could prove to be more sinister after all.
